Due to the removal of a grace period by Adobe, the withdrawal of the Adobe Creative Cloud and Acrobat Pro DC licenses must be brought forward.

The license withdrawal will take place on **November 24, 2025** (Originally: **December 17, 2025**).

Please note that the Adobe Reader (reading and signing PDFs) is not affected by this measure and can continue to be used without restrictions.

After **November 24, 2025**, access to all data stored in the Adobe Cloud (Document Cloud / Creative Cloud) will no longer be possible.

We recommend reviewing your cloud data:

- **Creative Cloud:** The local folder "Creative Cloud Files" must be synchronized with the online storage in the browser.
- **Acrobat / Document Cloud:** The web portal of the Document Cloud, accessible via login with RWTH account, should be checked for saved files.

**Status of New Licenses:**
Internal coordination processes are still ongoing; therefore, we cannot currently provide a date for when new licenses will be available for order in the software shop.
